‘Maquette’ (noun) /maˈkɛt/- a word that evokes the creative process - the delicate balance between imagination and reality. A maquette is a small-scale model or rough draft, crafted with detail and care. In architecture, maquettes are used to visualise the final product, allowing architects to explore and perfect their designs. It is this tradition that has inspired us to create bespoke architectural models of iconic buildings and wedding venues. Each model is crafted with precision, bringing to life the intricate beauty of these unique places in a tangible and personal way.

Our meticulous process starts with photos and drawings which go on to inform the final models, mounted onto CNC cut birch plywood to give them a sturdy base. To bring that added piece of personalisation, we also offer an option for customised engraving on etched copper ‘tokens’.

We embrace the natural imperfections that occur during the casting process and see them as part of the beauty and character of each model. We believe that these quirks and nuances make each model truly one-of-a-kind and a true representation of the beauty and uniqueness of each place they represent.
