We process payments through the secure payment system Stripe which accepts debit & credits cards.

Delivery

We post using DPD typically within 10 days. Please get in touch prior to placing your order if you need an order quickly and we will try our best to accommodate.

Sorry but we do not currently post outside of the UK.

You will receive postage updates and tracking information from DPD.

Please note any customs fees or import duty that may apply in your country as these are your responsibility. If any parcel is destroyed or returned due to your non-compliance of your countries regulations then Vennu cannot be responsible for this.

Returns

We are sure you will love your Vennu order, however, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us of your intention to return your purchase. Returns are at your own cost and goods must not have been used & must be in the original packaging. Please obtain proof of posting. All our products have been tested and are handcrafted with the greatest care & attention to the highest possible standard, each item is handmade and therefore unique. If in the unlikely event that you believe a product to be faulty please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return.
